LMM is a corporate member of the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council, a non-profit organization committed to driving economic growth within minority communities.

LMM celebrates Women In Construction Week every March. We recognize the contributions of women in the industry and provide opportunities through training and encouraging female employees to share their experiences and perspectives to help better the company and create a welcoming and supportive workplace culture.
