Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executive, preparing expense reports, and managing time wisely. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Providing administrative assistance such as writing and editing emails and quotes, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives’ behalf
  • Organizing calendar, sending reminders, answering phone calls in a polite professional manner
  • Proofread and make corrections as necessary on the account representatives’ behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Contract Management
  • Managing financial trackers and invoicing customers through EWO’s
  • Act as a liaison between multiple departments
  • Take detailed meeting minutes


  • Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
  • Typing WPM = 60+
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge with a focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn alongside supervisor and catch-on quickly
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solving abilities
